David Watson David Watson was born in Witchata Falls, Texas. He moved to Montgomery Alabama in 1965 and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1982. In August 1982 he entered the University of Alabama and received a Bachelor of Science (Biology) in May 1986. Years following his Bachelors degree were spent working for the University of Alabama, Wildlife International Ltd., and Auburn University as a research technician, biologist and research assistant, respectively. He entered Auburn University in September 1992 and received a Master of Science Degree (Aquatic Ecology) in December 1995. Before coming to Florida LAKEWATCH in May of 1996, he worked for the National Biological Service (currently part of USGS) and Alabama Fish and Wildlife Coop Unit at Auburn University as a research technician VII and Research Associate, respectively. |
