Jason Rock

Jason grew up in Chesapeake, VA. In 2002 he received his B.S. from Old Dominion University, where he majored in Biology and minored in Oceanography. During his senior year he completed an internship with Mote Marine Laboratoryıs, Center for Fisheries Enhancement, Marine Stock Enhancement Program (http://www.mote.org/~kleber/enhancmt.htm) located in Sarasota, FL. Upon graduating, Jason was hired as a technician in the Marine Stock Enhancement Program, where he worked on the Snook Stock Enhancement Project from June 2003-August 2004. In the fall of 2004 Jason began his graduate work with Dr. Debra Murie and is currently working on his thesis topic: Feeding Patterns and Habits of the Common Snook, Centropomus undecimalis.
