Florida Aquatic Animal Health Program Overview of the Program
Three program levels Confidentiality The information collected from enrolled facilities is confidential and only the attending veterinarian has access to it. Non-confidential information, specifically the names of the enrolled facilities, may be published on this website as evidence of compliance if the participating facility permits. Entry into Program The extension veterinarians will review enrollment applications within 60 days of receiving the application package. The application procedure will include:
After the facility site inspection a review of the assessment will be provided to the facility. If the applicant does not meet the requirements of a level, the applicant will not be enrolled in the program. Re-application may be made at anytime. Extension veterinarian will work with the facility to meet requirement for entry. |
